When Trevor Harrison and Bryce Waters discovered a Thai balm that worked miracles on stiff aches and joints - they knew it couldn’t be kept a secret.
The pair have shared a close friendship since 1972 when they were apprentice jockeys in Te Awamutu. Among the many experiences they have shared over the years, they have both suffered from spinal injuries, followed by long and difficult recoveries.
As an official starter at thoroughbred races, Trevor attended a racing meeting in Bangkok when he was given the balm to sooth a sprained ankle. Amazed by the relief, he immediately passed the balm on to Bryce to try when he arrived back in New Zealand.
Discovering Slack Balm
Bryce experienced the same results within 20 minutes of applying it on his wrist. Having tried all kinds of therapies to help his stiffness he said nothing has worked as effectively or quickly as the balm. After using the balm regularly, the pair soon decided to bring the miracle product to other New Zealanders. The response to the natural remedy “Slack Balm” has been well-received and it is now used by a wide community of current and retired athletes, manual workers and senior citizens.
